In particular, by reinforcing the functional capacities of the consortiums, created within PRIICA. PRIICA have been working within the avocado chain in San Marcos and Sololá departments. One of the main results of the project has been the establishment of the inter-institutional consortium to promote coordination among all the stakeholders of the chain. The consortia represent a good basis for CDAIS project as gather different stakeholders of the productive chains.
